BULL CHICKEN

OUR STORY

Founded by John and Olivia, Bull Chicken made its debut in 2017 as a Casual Authentic Korean restaurant nestled in Long Island City, New York.

Their passion for Korean cuisine ignited a journey to share its flavors with a wider audience.

From serving large-scale catering, to hosting pop-ups at iconic venues in New York City.

Their culinary adventure extended to local markets, including appearances at Long Island City Market, Queens Night Market, Rockefeller Center Market, Broadway Bites and Bryant Park Winter Village.

It was during these vibrant gatherings that they witnessed the growing love for Korean food.

Inspired by this demand, John pioneered Nobone Korean Chicken, launching it as a pop-up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in 2020. The overwhelming response propelled them further, leading to the establishment of Bull Chicken at Urbanspace Lexington and west 52 locations in 2021.
