OUR STORY
Bull Chicken founders, John and Olivia opened their first Casual Authentic Korean restaurant in Long Island City, New York in 2017.
They love Korean cuisine so much, they continuously thought about how they can spread and expose Korean food to more people. Then they started serving large catering up to 400 people per lunch a day, they had been serving pop-ups at One World Trade Center, Glossier, Horizon Media, MongoDB, Paypal, Chase, CBS, Walmart, Flatiron Health, Zocdoc and more.
Moreover, they also participated as a food vendor at Long Island City Market in 2017, Queens Night Market in 2019 and Rockefeller Center Market in 2019.
After vending at Street Market, they found out how people quickly fall in love with Korean fried chicken, then John founded Nobone Korean fried Chicken as a pop-up store in Williamsburg Brooklyn, New York in 2020.
Shortly after, they had opportunities to join Urbanspace Lexington and w52 locations as Bull Chicken in 2021.
